On Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the Franciscan University community will come together to celebrate a special Mass for the Solemn Blessing of Christ the King Chapel. This sacred moment in our history marks the re-opening of our beautifully renovated and expanded worship space. We joyfully invite you to join this historic Mass via the livestream.

Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Steubenville Bishop Edward M. Lohse, our celebrant and homilist, will be joined by Franciscan University President Father Dave Pivonka, TOR, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Father Joseph Lehman, TOR, Vice President of Franciscan Life Father Jonathan St. Andre, TOR, and the whole Franciscan Friars, TOR, community.
